Homework on the sofa

I had to wake up earlier than usual this morning because Jack had re-booked his driving theory test for 8am (having failed it last week). The test was at Kingston so I dropped him outside the test centre and went to work. He called at 8:36am to say that he had finished and that he had passed. He came to meet me at work and I gave him a lift to school. He confessed on the way to school that he hadn't learnt a lot for the first test. After dropping him off, I went back to work where I had another full day of demos. After dinner, I went to bridge club and I hadn’t been for ages. I hadn’t been at bridge for ages so it was really good to be back but I’m going to miss the next three weeks as I am going away. I picked up Bibi on the way back (she had been at Catrin’s since after school).
