Batten down the hatches!

Crikey - looks at what's about to hit Urunga and we've just set up "Mini Mo" for the night!!  This incredible storm came out of nowhere and you should have seen the troops go into action.  Awnings were brought in, camping chairs and tables quickly folded and thrown in caravans and I've never seen children move so fast as the ones that came streaking out of the water.

I have added an extra image which was taken no more than 5 minutes before the main image.  It was just unbelievable show quickly the storm hit.  I'm happy to say we are all safe and sound and Mini and Mo came through with flying colours.   We are really looking forward to a "Mini Holiday" at Urunga.  We've been itching to return since our first visit in August.  Tomorrow we'll move to a site which has unimpeded views of the river and ocean.  It promises to be an idyllic few days.

From my calculations, the tally has increased by 4,000 pounds since the last very positive blog from Blip Central.  Isn't that wonderful that people are continuing to pledge, it will just make our future even more secure.
