Vitamin D is my favourite drug

The sun was pouring through the office window this morning and seemed to instantly fill me with energy which has bordered on hyperactivity at various points during the day. Good job as well, because it's been a non stop but super wonderful day.

More video editing this morning, punctuated with brief chats with Andy as I remembered things from last evening's meeting. I'm happy to be full of hope and excitement for the future of SYFC, even if we have still got a few hurdles to clear.

A wonderful time with our college students. It's always immense when they lead us in Bible study and I'm always amazed at their faith and what they have to teach us.

Straight on to a meeting to help advise some folk on a potential new youth work in a local town.

Straight on to our after school club which was more manic than usual and full of diverse but brilliant young people.

Then onto choir where I hid in the kitchen and made pancakes while listening to the beautiful harmonies creeping through the hatch.

Then home for more pancakes, obvs.

Oh, and the river was a little high today.
