Song Thrush

Went to look for the Long Eared Owl ( see yesterday) in the hope of a closer view but no luck. I did see this lovely Song Thrush on the way.

An enjoyable couple of hours with my old friend James - many years have passed since we met but the time lost was soon forgotten.  Some sad stories but also hope for a brighter future.
