Three more sisters

Denise and Bob live in the north western outskirts of Sydney and pretty close to the Blue Mountains. They love the area they live in and offered to show us around. We loaded up their pickup truck and headed up through the clouds to the top of the hills where the early settlers pushed the roads through the bush copying the routes the Aboriginals had used for 40,000years. We jostled for shoulder room with bus loads of Chinese tourists at each of the view points we stopped at, but they thinned out when we headed down the path to the Bridal Veil Falls and the Sublime Point “Lookout”. The weather improved throughout the day and we had the full Blue Gum experience. Even the haze above the hills. 

BTW, the three sisters were turned to stone by a magic man who died before he could reverse the spell. Not as pretty as their Kintail cousins but apparently worthy of the cover of The Lonely Planet Guide to Australia.
Just saying.
