Blini

I was forced to go for another indoor blip -- alerte orange for wind, as opposed to rain, today, and it was so blustery (gusts of 120km/h) I didn't dare go out. As usual I was searching for ways to use up sourdough starter, and as S had bought some smoked salmon, the answer was obvious. The photo is not exactly brilliant, but I was really pleased with the way they turned out, and I made about 30 so there are lots left for the freezer. Recipe here.
