Straight talking

No longer my pre teen baby, Mia is growing up fast. She spends lots of time watching vlogs on afro hair care now and after some sensible review research she asked for some new hair product. It arrived yesterday.

And this evening we followed the advice of one of her favourite vloggers on how to straighten curly hair. I am no expert but together we did OK. 

To be honest its just really good to know its in good condition (considering the chemical straightening we did last year) and it has, for once, no knots.

She wants long natural curls. She knows this will take some time, but for now she is happy with it being straightened once a month and managing her curls that are growing, slowly, but surely.
