2016 Monday -- Rainy Days and Mondays

We drove back from California's Central Coast yesterday afternoon because today a serious storm was predicted to be moving through much of California.

The weather folks were right. A storm definitely blanketed this state and the rain was more fierce in Central California than here in SoCal, and we were glad not to be driving in it. I had a 12:30 meeting at the campus, so being back here Sunday evening was good.

This photo is a capture just before it began to rain again this evening as sunset was happening. The illumination out across the meadow was lovely.
