As the Crow Flies....

There has been a change in the weather with a cold south-easterly wind blowing today. Maisie and I embarked on a walk before sunrise. All around Marlborough grape growers are protecting their crops from ravaging birds. There are gas guns booming away and nets are appearing on many rows of vines. There are scary kites in the form of black crows. This flying crow is on Meadowbank Station close to where we walk.
