Who's that ?

There were some great paintings on the wall of the room at our Camera Club Meeting.

This chap caught my eye.

My friend Mark gave a talk on composition and made us all think about what gives a photograph that special feel.  Do we learn to do this or do we just find that's the answer as to why this is a great photo (or not)
