Vandalism around reservoir

I thought it was unusually quiet around Cocksburn reservoir this afternoon then I discovered why.  A wooden  bridge  over a stream leading into the reservoir had been removed. So you can now only get half way around the reservoir and then you have to turn back.
Why anyone should do this is a mystery.

OK its algae in the stream running off the reservoir.
