This was the best I could rustle up. Grey damp day. I almost looking forward to Autumn now ! This summer SUCKS !!!! I can feel my rickets coming on.

Disappointing day at work after a meeting with someone who speaks many, many words but no substance. What a waste of space.

I have the honour of working with some lovely, intelligent, funny, kind people and then along comes a complete prat with a suit and a blackberry and your want to give up on the human race !

My mojo has gone - but fear not - it's probably PMT or peri-menapause or bloating or constipation or piles. Normal service resumed tomorrow.
