Today's the day ........................ for a finale

Such a fabulous gig at the Brewery Arts Centre in town.

It was the last night of Eddi Reader's Spring 2016 tour - and she was in dazzling form.  She had the usual gang with her including Boo Hewerdine and John Douglas - all consummate musicians.  They just had to try to keep up with her as she went from song to song as the fancy took her.  She (and they) didn't put a foot wrong and it was quite brilliant.

This is her singing her final song - Moon River - something that was always her mother's party piece ...........................
