Ferry Point
Mike took me to the Puffin Pool today and after my exercises we drove down to Ferry Point. A lot of the bushes have been cut back and although the birds really liked them they were blocking the way to the carpark and becoming quite dangerous and it looked a lot neater. A new seating area has been put in too.
Do nt think we have ever been there when the tide has been this far out You could see all the old posts of the ferry, some have nearly rotted through but the birds are still able to nest in the tops.
The sky looked interesting as well with unusual cloud formations.
Mike took the Land Rover back to Inverness for the other set of tyres, definitely have enough now to make a pond and they said we can take some more for Brownies to make some flower beds. David had a meeting in Munlochy so I had a few hours to catch up on some of the housework and enjoy some of the sunshine :)
