STOCK TAKING...

...no, no, no - that should be "Stock Making".

Bought a shoulder of lamb from Malik my butcher (not his real name) today - showed him the award certificates for my marmalade... I had given him a couple of pots & he gave me about four kilos of lamb bones + bunches of fresh coriander & mint.

I like a bit of barter!
