A last hurrah for this winter?

A big big thank you to everyone for your lovely comments *'s & ♡'s that put yesterday's Giving Thanks blip onto the front page of popular. Mum will most definitely be smiling :)

After yesterday's glorious 12°C, baselayer only, wall to wall sunshine day - well it was a bit of a surprise to wake to snow down to garden height today.
With a glorious blue sky it was clear it wouldn't last too long, so a quick coffee and the whole team IttH headed up onto the Scar. We'd had more than a dusting, everywhere was covered. As ever the snow worked it's wonders on Pushka who forgot her aches and trotted, pounced and rolled around like a puppy. Days like this are made for laughter. We mooched a large loop and before we knew it it was nearly midday, returning home the snow had melted at our height, but it was still nice enough to sit out with coffee & cake.
