2016 Saturday -- PG & E

At approximately 7:05 this morning, the Pacific Gas & Electric Company building was illuminated by the sun. Seems like a compare and contrast in power sources.

Rumor has it that the plant will no longer be in use in the near future, so we're thinking that the three stacks, referred to as the "three sisters," will someday not grace the landscape because there surely is some serious and costly upkeep to that building. We think the stacks will be dismantled.

So this morning the spotlight was on the human-made landscape.

This has been a kick-back day. We walked the dogs to the beach lookout. They loved that. I wrote five "Thank You" letters and we drove to Morro Bay this afternoon to mail them before the final Saturday mail deadline.

Then we did a little grocery shopping and headed back to the house where we had left the dogs in their crates because it seemed rather warm this afternoon and the sun was bright and we didn't want to have to look for shade everytime we parked the car.
