Rain hail thunder & lightning stops play

elbow still bad today but i wanted to get the patio cleaned. I did about two thirds & it started to rain....I looked up & thought " it won't be much" so I carried on. Then the rain turned to hail & I carried on. Then there was the loudest clap of thunder which sent Merlot (& me) scurrying for cover leaving the gear where it was. I stood in the doorway for some while but it didn't stop ...so I had a little snooze. When I woke up it had stopped & I finished the job. C spent the afternoon with Nicola & Zak ...

It's a nice evening now
