Not much going on really. Work, dog walk, work. Daisy was not v well at all and off school, Will had a school trip to the woods. I have mainly eaten Chinese takeaway leftovers and birthday cake. The eating plan (never diet) is going tremendously well.

I have started reading Total Recall. It's a dog training book in case you wondered.
