Eight times a lady

Eight Great Grandchildren and almost a ninety year age difference. Amazing.

Audrey met her other Great Grandma properly today (or Gee Gee as she's known on that side of the family). We popped to see her on the fly having had quite a good start to the day (yesterday's grumpy mood had subsided). Spontaneous visits to relatives seemed much more do-able as a result!

Drove the Monster Truck down the congested, narrow lanes of the M60 for the first time and lived to tell the tale. Not a nice route for such a fat car though.

Decided having listened to some old playlists (ones my husband and I gave each other when we were dating as part of our 'courtship') en route that I miss music. Simply haven't had time to listen to it recently but its an important part of me and nourishes my soul. Will be reengaging myself (and Audrey by proxy) with my music collection at the earliest opportunity. In which case...it will probably be Christmas if the last 2 months are anything to go by!!!
