Loch Lomond in April

Minty and I headed down to the loch for a good walk this morning and I was quite surprised to see how low the level of water was, compared to last time I was there, exactly two months ago. What I want to know is, where has all that water gone?!

No sign of the bluebells along the path yet, but lots of little clumps of wild primroses, one which I've added as an extra for Flower Friday, along with one of Minty enjoying a dip in the loch.
