Red-wattled Lapwing (Vanellus indicus)
A Red-wattled lapwing on her nest. It is in a good position but there is quite a bit of rubbish around her, I suppose that she is well disguised where she is, which is a small mound of sand I should think the eggs would be cooked if she wasn't on them regulating their temperature. I didn't get too close so as not to disturb her.
The extra is that little spectacled Bulbul fledgling desperately trying to get fed, that should have been posted yesterday. Many thanks for your comments, hearts and stars for my Kingfisher-I promise no more until August and that is if she returns to the same wadi.
