A (perhaps not so) rude awakening!

Having planned out six weeks of culture, nature, education and enrichment for the kids, my friend had some bargain tickets so today we went en masse to... Chessington!

My safety-net (ie. a little boy who won't go on anything 'scary' so Mummy gets to avoid going on anything 'scary' too) failed me. He has suddenly got very brave and by the time I got home not only was I shattered and had a bad headache but I'm sure I've got whiplash! And they call this 'fun'?!? :-DDD

I'd just passed out on the sofa... too shattered to blip earlier... when I was woken by a huge 'boom'. Although the firework display was in the next village, we had a great view from the back garden.
