Soaring high!

Took the kids out on their bikes this afternoon, down a disused railway line near us that's been turned into a path called the 'Worth Way'. It stretches over seven miles, from East Grinstead to Crawley, but of course we didn't go that far! It was the first 'proper' bike ride my son's done on his first 'proper' bike, though, and he did brilliantly.

I know I should really post up a picture of the kids but was amazed to see a pair of buzzards so close and although I only got one in the shot, it seemed a good metaphore (or should that be 'analogy'?) for how my son was 'soaring' along.
