Friday: Chili Tofu

J. took himself off exploring today while K. and I did some sorting at home.  Rather frustratingly, we were without internet all day (it didn't come back on until mid afternoon Saturday, hence the back blipping).  

It's J's last night so he and K cooked up another delicious chilli tofu fest - it really is surprisingly moreish!
