Sablieres

At last the sun has decided to show its face and whilst there is still a chill breeze, in sheltered spots the warmth is there. This is the top end of our local village perched on the hillside above the "main" town.
The hunters' dinner was a sociable do and the red wine helped recall some of my forgotten French although I am still in that stage when I get half way through a sentence and can't see how it is going to end! Decent chat with Bernard, his wife, Mimi and daughter Corinne who live below us - Corinne is one of the principal hunters. A poor year - only 240 wild boar shot.
