All rosy in the garden

A good night sleep in our own bed......that's one good thing about being home ;-)

A busy busy day today, unpacked, so much stuff to put away, and so much washing!!! At least it's been a pleasantly warm and sunny day, so I've managed to get everything dried. Next mammoth task is the ironing!!

We had to go grocery shopping today too.......then had a sandwich before we turned our attention to the garden, as it was such a nice day, it would have been a shame to stay stuck indoors.

Hub cut both lawns, I did a bit of weeding, filled the bird feeders, cleaned out the bird bath and managed to grab this little fellow as he was flitting back and forth, chirping away!

We bought a piece a gammon whilst shopping which I cooked during the afternoon and have roasted it off with an Asian glaze so that we can have it for dinner with mashed potatoes and salad :-)

I think it will be catching up on some TV this evening and early to bed.....it's been a busy day ;-)
