Lake Brunner, Moana, West Coast, South Island

We woke this morning to fine weather after a very wet night, and decided to go away for the night in the caravan. So we packed up and headed away mid morning. Stopping outside of Reefton we had lunch in the van, and then headed to our destination, Lake Brunner, about two and a half hours south west from home.

Once set up at the holiday park, we decided to go down to the Lake and go for a wee walk along the Rakaitane Track. It was a bit muddy in places, but nothing too serious.

I took many pictures of the lake, with the freshly fallen snow on the tops, but loved this one of the wee jetty and the reflections it created on the lake.
