Monarch.......

.....and camellia.

A stroll through the garden listening to starlings squabble over cabbage tree seed heads, a blackbird perched on the fence keeping an watchful eye out for cats, sparrows and silvereyes chittering with excited sounds, the delightful sound of two fantails and as the temperature warmed up monarch's fluttered through the garden pausing to feed on newly opened flowers, the garden seemed to be alive as we fast approach winter.
