Good advice

If you visit my Blip you will know by now how excited I am to be part of the Opening Ceremony. I don't appear to be able to go anywhere without being reminded of it!

I've been back at work today and I'm finding the transition between the Olympic bubble and keeping up with emails virtually impossible! Im sure I'll back on top of it all soon (I hope).

Cant wait for the show tomorrow and to be able to perform in front of Matt, Mum and Dad.
