Longhorn beetle
This is my second interesting longhorn beetle in two days! This is the Two-banded Longhorn, Rhagium bifasciatum, a species that spends 2-3 years as larvae feeding inside dead trees, often Scots Pine, before emerging as this rather striking beetle with long antennnae. Yesterday, my find was the slightly more colourful Rufous-shouldered Longhorn, Anaglyptus mysticus - see extra photo.
