Naught Mr W!

So I did manage a run this morning which was day 3 of the Couch to 5K. Its not getting easier yet, if anything it was harder as it was quite hot this morning.

When I got home, I had a bit of a shock nice surprise at the front door! I did burst out laughing and asked if I could 'blip' him but had to ask him to close the door a bit or blip might well have banned this image!
