The Olympics Opening Ceremony

I've found that in the run up to the Olympic Games, all the excitement has tended to be down south. I don't know anyone in Scotland who has quite the same level of enthusiasm about it. However, we couldn't miss out on watching the Opening Ceremony. We found bits of it disappointing - perhaps some of it worked better in the stadium than on tv and vice-versa, but hey who couldn't laugh at the Queen "jumping" out a helicopter with James Bond and at Rowan Atkinson at his best!
