Ammonite and adventure

The necessity of being indoors a lot to sort out everything in the house had started to make me feel closed in and unhappy so I took myself out. I walked through the university grounds and had lunch at the museum and then wandered around the galleries. 

This ammonite fossil is around 110 million years old. It helped to put things into perspective for me. Alone time thinking of creative projects started to make me feel more like myself again.
