Its been a long day....

....waiting for news but didn't hear anything. Can only assume he's holding on.

Went to Aldi and bought some cheap bedding. 
Went to work and couldn't really be bothered.
Went for an evening run and managed to increase my running time.
Spent the day glued to my phone feeling sad.
