Panda-ering to birthday wishes

Ahead of our daughter's birthday tomorrow and despite her now being a graduate, my wife still makes special cakes for her. Over the years we've had trains, a dalek, a helicopter, a butterfly, Durham Cathedral. Nearly always a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache.

Given her current employment at the zoo this seemed the most approprIate, rounded off with a minions motif elsewhere!
