After the rain

A morning of serious cleaning and tidying (and, for MrM, instrument making). Then we headed in to Berwick to pick up Glenn, MrM's brother, from the station. He's over from Australia for a while and will be spending the next few days with us.

After a cup of tea whilst sitting in the sunshine, we managed to avoid the worst of a heavy shower in Berwick, and walked Loiue on the beach at Spittal as the heavy cloud was moving away.

More UEFA Cup on TV this evening - Italy vs Germany. The penalty shoot out was quite entertaining. Then an episode of The Mrs Merton Show - RIP Caroline Aherne.
