The Tourists

About 15 years ago, I went to an exhibition in Edinburgh, called The Tourists.  The exhibits were life-size models, anatomically exact, and based on photos of real people.  The were by an artist with a Danish name, long forgotten now, but the star exhibits were a couple of American tourists, dressed in the ubiquitous shorts and Hawaiin (?Spelling) shirts, cameras round their necks. 

A bit like us really. 

So much colour in this town, if you look for it.  I still wish I had bought one of those gorgeous hats or some of the Kumquat liquer (extra photos).
