So - Out of the EU, eh?

Popped down to Burntie to loan them some suitcases for their holiday to Spain - the first time they have been away in 8 years.  Ida is embracing the French chic look.  Arlo is embracing the Tekkie geek look.

Me and the dochter spent a bit of time in the kitchen, raging against the EU Referendum decision.  I don't know anyone (apart from one cousin and one brother) who supports the decision to leave. 

It gives me the collywobbles to think how much harder these holidays are going to be if we are no longer EU citizens.  But worse than that is the whole thing; the withdrawing of funding for our deprived areas; no more farmers subsidies; no help to build or maintain flood defences, etc. etc. etc.

By the time I write this back-blipped piece, already the whole so-called Brexit team are falling apart.  I'm hoping the wee ones don't have to pay the price for this ridiculous verdict.
