Tuesday: Bird In Hand

Our ferry berthed (please note use of nautical terminology......) in Hull around 0930. We were both astounded with how well we slept last night - it must be something to do with the gentle rocking of the sea..........

We then drove across country from Hull to the Lake District where we are spending the night with K's brother. He does live in a glorious part of the country. This evening it was off to the pub and then a Chinese meal. And lots of admiring of his new camper van.
