Yellow Breasted Robin

I would love to have taken a sharper shot of this little robin, but I was lucky to get one at all.  He just appeared without notice and vanished in a flash.  It was a miracle I managed to get him at all.

I think we were all delighted to see the rain ease today and it's been a glorious day in the mountains.  Off to the Growers Market in the morning in Blackheath and a catch up with friends and then head on home to make a big batch of Lemon and Date Scones.  We have some friends calling in for afternoon tea.  Sounds like a very enjoyable day ahead.
