Help! I appear to be hooked on Olympomania! So much choice on what sport to watch, I spent the morning watching archery. Archery?! Yes archery and jolly good it was as well!

The women's cycle race took place this afternoon, and Team GB finally picked up its first medal after the disappointment over Mark Cavendish's failed attempt yesterday, as Lizzie Armistead picked up silver. A super performance!
