Meeting May

A rainy morning, it cleared in rhe afternoon for a peerie while, and then poures down this late afternoon and continues! 

An early start again and headed out after breakfast.  We went to meet up with May Stewart, who has lived in Australia since 1969, originally from Shetland.  We had lunch and then back to auntie Carol's.  Off out with friends tonight, more friends from Shetland :)  

It was lovely meeting up with May today, she's from Scalloway originally.  She had baked lovely cheese scones, cake and apple pie, along with a cuppa a yarn.  After a walk around the park and here home.  L-R - Mam, Brian, May, Elise, dad, Eve and me, taken in the park next to her house on Kalamunda road, Perth.
