Lunch time at Denman

Before we made tracks for home, Denman College made sure we had a good lunch. The meal times are very sociable and one always meets someone new.
The silk and embroidery course has been good but I have a lot of embroidery to do yet and will possibly share my project with you when it is more respectable. It is very pale and delicate and hasn't photographed well.  Meanwhile my neighbour had painted a most handsome cockerel and has made progress with her embroidery. See extra. 
I found a moment during the weekend to walk round the lake where a few ducks have settled. Another extra..
Back home all is well. Warm welcome from Normous and the cat. The garden needs watering.
