Three Creeks, Burkes Pass

We left Lake Tekapo this morning and travelled to Timaru. On the way we stopped at 'Three Creeks' at Burkes Pass. What an interesting place! After having a late morning tea at Pleasant Point, we moved onto Timaru where we did a bit of shopping.

We're staying the night at Temuka, so couldn't not go past without popping in to see my friend TeeJay. It was lovely catching up again over a cuppa.

Tomorrow we sadly head home, after a very enjoyable holiday. The weather has been amazing (almost like September/October weather) and the places we have visited and stayed have been so beautiful. I don't want to go home.
