The therapeutic journey

Bit of a step back today. Had a major crash early afternoon and felt crap afterwards. I know why it happened which is rather worrying. Went to the gym 'though, did all my self appointed jobs, and carried on watching the very enjoyable Boardwalk Empire. Steve Buscemi is excellent.
