Poncho

In my spare time today I bound off this poncho that I'm making for my granddaughter. It has been fun to use up some of my scrap yarn. I'm going to learn to make an I-cord while I'm here in Scotland, and also learn how to do fringe--that was a special request for this poncho!

We had a relatively laid back day today--worked on the hall walls again, tended Christine's sweet grandsons, knitted, and worked in the garden again. It is so satisfying to see a wonderful garden emerging from the chaos of overgrown things!
