Cosmic..?

..As predicted there were a great many large rain plops on our family day out today. One of which stood out, suspended, above the others, for reasons probably only appreciated by itself.

The museum in Manchester was well worth a visit. The 'cosmic' and 'ancient' galleries were much enjoyed by all. I could have lingered longer in the Ancient Egypt department, but that's always been a fascination. Despite my best intentions I feel I probably failed to ignite a similar interest in our young companions. (You never know?). But, on the plus side, I have learned a great deal more about Pokemon than I shall probably ever really need to know!!!
