A/C Service

Two days after getting the air conditioning in our vehicle recharged, we had the service techs visit our apartment for some much needed repair. The unit in our living area has not worked properly for a couple of years, always dripping water whenever we tried using it. The temperature/humidity/dew point combination has gotten so uncomfortable this past week that we had to get it fixed in order to maintain our sanity. Shown here are the precautions taken to avoid any kind of water damage as they prepare to pressure wash the inside of the bedroom unit. Blissful cool air was soon flowing from both, which we enjoyed from mid-afternoon onward rather than just when we are sleeping which is our usual approach. Good thing it is in fine working order too as we will undoubtably be spending quite a bit of time watching our favorite Olympic sports starting tomorrow. Would hate to have to do while being hot or uncomfortable.
