Birthday Time

So today was my 43rd Birthday and after last nights long run I awoke a little bit sore.

This was eased by the opening of cards and lovely presents

After a big bowl of muesli and a shower it was off to a fun day at my dads lawn bowling club where we were playing in a member & guest competition. Me being the guest.

MrsT & L were off with friends to the Edinburgh Festival.

After that we all met up for dinner at Wagamammas before a nice family walk round the trail.

I'm off to eat cake now......(fruit cake my favourite)!
